Lessons

In accordance with law No. 245/2008 § 150 Organisation of school year in elementary and secondary schools according to Pedagogical organisational directeve for school year 2008/2009 the dates of school holidays are set as follows:

The first term starts on 1st September 2008, lessons start on 2nd September 2008 (Tuesday) lessons finish on 29th January 2009, the term finishes on 31st January 2009.

The second term starts on 1st February 2009 , lessons start 3rd February 2009 (Monday) and finishes on 30th June 2009 (Tuesday).

During the school year the headteacher can allow the pupils for serious reasons, mainly organisational and technical reasons, not more than 5 days off. (Law No. 245/2008, § 150, par. 5.)

Enrolment of pupils for the 1st form of elementary school takes place during February 2009 in the building of the school.
